Algarve Cluster Multiusos will be a realityReturn to list
After an unexpected come back that has delayed this process in several years, the Algarve Cluster Multiusos is back on track and has already had the green light of the Portuguese government to move forward. The Center for Economic Development of regional interest will occupy about 60 hectares next to the access of the Via do Infante to Vilamoura, involving a total investment in the order of 400 million euros and will generate 3 thousand direct jobs, as revealed Reinaldo Teixeira , CEO of the Enolagest Group, one of the promoters of this structuring project for the Algarve.
The Algarve Cluster Multiusos will really be a reality and will be born south of the Industrial Zone of Loulé, Campina de Baixo, after having already been officially recognized by the Portuguese government as a regional interest. The decision led to the creation of an Economic Development Center that will occupy nearly 60 hectares, next to the A22 junction with the highway that connects Via do Infante to Vilamoura. The project is the responsibility of Enolainvest, SA, which has 38 companies and represents the entire cycle of real estate investment and collateral activities. "This is an investment in the order of 400 million euros, in a differentiating project and complementary to what the Algarve currently has, and that will allow to extend Loulé to the south And bring the coast closer to the city, "explains Reinaldo Teixeira, CEO of the Enolagest Group, one of the partners in the project.
This project, which was born in 2005, will include the areas of services and logistics, a technology park, a business innovation center, a theme park and a health center, which will result in 3,000 direct jobs.
